#1 Data 3 weeks before picture day you will receive an email requesting student and staff data. as well as a digital prepay order flyer |
#2 Notify 2 weeks before picture day you’ll send an email notification provided in the previous email for prepay ordering to families. |
#3 Picture Day On picture day all you need to do is get students with their student ID# and all staff to the camera. Our team takes care of the rest! |
#4 Delivery Within 4 weeks pictures will be delivered to the school. along with "no buy" instructions on how to postorder |
#5 Services We fulfill all of the great services you need. Including yearbook ECT. digital files through your schools personal portal. |

ALL PRE-PAY ONLINE PORTAL LOGIN (no envelopes to ensure the safety of everyone),
REORDER / POST ORDER LOGIN PORTAL
We will photograph all students on FALL PIx DAY.
All online ordering,- parents will place their orders online, when appropriate (when we offer spring ,
cap & Gown ect. pictures) we will close the ordering site 24 hours before picture day to ensure we can provide your school with a list of all prepay students.
Picture orders are placed and sent to the school in 3-4 weeks *
All students will receive a proof envelope with instructions for post-orders or place additional orders ! For these we offer direct shipping to homes, eliminating futher school distribution and saving your staff from the hassle.
Your school receives the services you need such as: yearbook files, complementary group images and more
Our service provides schools with all students yearbook pix and in most cases is also a FUNDRAISER!!
