#1 Data 3 Weeks prior to picture day you will receive an email requesting student & staff data. As well as a digital prepay order flyer. #2 Notify 2 Weeks prior to picture day GSP will send an email reminder for you to send the digital prepay ordering flyer to students/families |
#3 Picture Day On picture day all you need to do is get students w/ student ID# and all staff to the camera. Our team takes care of the rest! #4 Delivery Within 4 weeks pictures will be delivered to your school. Along with how to instructions for all "no buy" students. Any student that did not prepay for package |
#5 Services We digitally fulfill all services you need, approximately 2 weeks after makeup/absentees. This will include yearbook files ETC. #6 Fun Fact Picture day collaborations are a fundraiser for most schools. Each year we raise thousands of dollars for our schools! |

The School Day Collab Details
The GSP Team will photograph all students and faculty on FALL PIX DAY.

- Green screen technology as well as standard backgrounds. We will work with you to decide what works best for your needs
- All online ordering - parents will place all orders online.
- Ordering site will open approximately 2 weeks prior to Pix Day and remain open for 3 days after pix day
- Holiday ,Spring Pix , Cap & Gown ect. pictures ordering site will close 48 hours before picture day. This ensures we can provide your school with a list of all prepay students.
- Picture orders are sent - to your school in 3-4 weeks *
- All students will receive - a proof flyer with instructions for post-orders or place additional orders ! For these we offer direct shipping to homes, eliminating further school distribution and saving your staff from the hassle.
- Your school receives - the services you need such as: yearbook files, complementary group images and more
- Our service - provides schools with all students yearbook pix and in most cases is also a FUNDRAISER!!
- Each year we raise thousands of dollars for our schools !
- Our prices are competitive - packages start as low as $20.00
- GSP will come back for a make-up day for any students or staff that did not have their pix taken. The GSP team will also retake pix for any staff or student /family that wants a retake. Students must return the entire package to have the package reprinted.
